Event Details
This is a two-part program on Hillside Cemetery, Burnt Hills. The first session will detail the process of restoring gravestones to their original state. Ed Hughes, a community volunteer, will speak of the countless hours he has spent restoring over 100 monuments in this cemetery. This session will take place in the Town of Ballston Community Library.
The second session will meet at Hillside Cemetery, where Town Historian Rick Reynolds will tell some of the stories of the people buried there and explain their connections to the Burnt Hills area today.
